Soldiers On The Move

We understand that life as a veteran can be lonely. In military service, veterans find comfort in routine and regimented discipline, all of which are no longer expectant upon leaving the service.

This can make transitioning to ordinary civilian life particularly challenging, especially considering so many veterans rely on the camaraderie they experienced while serving in the armed forces.

Since our inception in 2020, we’ve had 14 veterans work as part of the Soldiers On The Move team. 7 of them are still here and actively working on day to day jobs with the rest of the team. Some of them are working towards transitioning into different roles and some of them are here for the long term, providing an exceptional service to our commercial clients and domestic customers.

We’ve created a company environment where people can be themselves, but more importantly, can speak openly and be supported with mental health issues, which we believe is often stigmatised in the removals game.
